Joy'S Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 dashes hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs.
    Form into cakes and roll in bread crumbs.
    Fry until brown on both sides.
    Drain on absorbent paper.
    Makes 7 to 8 crab cakes.
