Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 small onion, chopped (about 4 tsp.)
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3/4 stick oleo
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (more if needed)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for 5 minutes and drain.
    Mix with soup, eggs, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and onion.
    Place in 1 or 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Melt oleo and pour over stuffing mix.
    Spread this on top of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
