Buttermilk Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    flour
Preparation
    Mix ground beef with egg; add remaining ingredients, except flour, in order listed.
    Mix well; form into loaf and place in baking pan.
    Rub small amount of flour on top of loaf.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes or until done.
