Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef (well ground)
2 small cans tomato paste or sauce
chili powder to taste
salt
pepper

Preparation

Put a small amount of shortening in a stew pot.
Add beef, salt, pepper and chili powder.
On medium heat, cook until the beef is in small balls.
Put tomato paste or sauce and a small amount of water into mixture.
Simmer 2 to 3 hours.
