Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
    1 tub sour cream (8 oz.)
    2 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
    1 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
    broccoli
    cauliflower
    carrots
    green peppers
    green onions and tops
    celery
Preparation
    Refrigerate for at least 2 or 3 hours, covered.
    Before serving, garnish with chopped tomatoes, ripe olives or grated cheeses.
    Serves 6 to 8.
