Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup cooked rice
2 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced almonds
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise - add broth if too dry
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
salt to taste
Potato chips (topping)
Preparation

Mix all (but chips) and put into 8 x 12 pyrex pan.
Cover with crushed potato chips.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 450 degrees.
