Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 pieces of toast, cubed
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and put in casserole dish, saving one slice of cheese to garnish top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
