Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. sugar or molasses
1 1/2 c. whole bran
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

In large bowl, beat egg, milk and oil.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Mix until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fill greased cupcake pan 3/4 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown, about 18 to 20 minutes.
Remove immediately from pan. Serve hot with butter or margarine.
Makes 12 muffins.
