Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked eggplant, drained
    1 chopped medium onion
    1 (No. 2) can drained tomatoes
    4 eggs
    1 c. buttered bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Mash eggplant and tomatoes, then add onion and eggs.
    Stir until it looks like scrambled eggs.
    Stir in cheese.
    Add 3/4 cup of bread crumbs.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Add rest of bread crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
