Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs (whole)
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. butter
    parsley or dried parsley
Preparation
    Cut chicken into fairly large pieces.
    Starting with chicken, layer chicken, celery and bread crumbs in a buttered casserole. Beat eggs and add to the broth with salt and pour over the mixture.
    Use a fork to get broth through the mixture.
    Put a small amount of bread crumbs on top, parsley and butter (cut up in small pieces).
    Bake in 350\u00b0
    oven for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean
    when pushed into mixture.
