Broccoli And Red Pepper Sauté - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    4 c. small broccoli florets
    1 large bell pepper, cut into thin strips
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets golden herb with lemon soup mix
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted (optional)
Preparation
    In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook broccoli, bell pepper, onion and garlic about 5 minutes or until onion is tender,
    stirring occasionally. Combine soup mix with water; add to vegetable mixture. Cover and simmer until broccoli is tender. Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
