Canned Sliced Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sliced green tomatoes (put in jar)
    1 tsp. salt (to 1 qt. tomatoes or 1/2 tsp. to pt.)
Preparation
    Fill with hot water and seal.
    Put in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
    They do not get soft.
    They are delicious.
    Open and drain.
    Roll each slice in cornmeal and
    fry.
    Enjoy!
