Chicken Mozzarella(Weight Watchers Logo) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt and pepper
    dash of paprika
    1 lb. chicken cutlets
    3 c. sliced mushrooms
    4 tsp. margarine
    3 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Dip chicken in flour and spices.
    In skillet, saute mushrooms in margarine.
    When browned, remove mushrooms with slotted spoon. Put cutlets in skillet and brown.
    Put chicken in baking dish (with juices from pan), top with mushrooms and shredded cheese. Broil to melt cheese.
    Serves 4.
