Chicken A L'Orange - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 skinned chicken breasts, halved and floured
salt, lemon pepper and paprika to taste
1/4 c. melted butter
1 medium chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with flour and spices.
Place in skillet; saute in butter, browning.
Remove chicken.
Drain off fat, reserving 3 tablespoons.
Add onion and garlic to pan; saute until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook, stirring until marmalade melts.
Return chicken to skillet.
Simmer 20 to 30 minutes until tender and spoon sauce over chicken occasionally while cooking.
