Country Captain - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 chicken pieces (6 breasts, 3 drumsticks and 3 thighs)
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 stick butter
    1 clove garlic
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 c. chopped, fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    1 c. currants
Preparation
    Wash and pat chicken parts with paper towel.
    Sprinkle each piece with salt and pepper.
    Dredge in flour, mixed with paprika. Melt butter in skillet and brown chicken pieces.
    Arrange chicken in an oblong dish.
