Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 lb. thinly sliced mushrooms
    1 celery stalk
    1 large zucchini
    1 large tomato
    1 pkg. tortellini
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Slice celery very thin, cut zucchini into matchsticks, dice tomatoes and slice mushrooms.
    Simmer broth, water, mushrooms, celery, thyme and pepper (10 to 15 minutes).
    Add pasta and zucchini; cook, uncovered, on medium heat (6 to 7 minutes).
    Add tomato, parsley and salt.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes more.
