Wheat Germ Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. wheat germ
Preparation

Beat together wet ingredients and sugar.
Sift together flour and baking powder.
Mix into egg mixture.
Stir in the wheat germ. Pour into muffin tins.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 1 dozen.
