Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. self-rising meal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 c. milk
3/4 c. oil
1 small can corn
1 good size onion, chopped
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; mix well.
Pour into greased pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
