Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. quick oats
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over oats; let stand 20 minutes.
    In separate bowl, cream margarine and sugars.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg.
    Add oat mixture.
    Mix together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla; mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 to 35 minutes.
