Kate'S Beets With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fresh beets (leave whole if small, slice if large)
1/8 c. sugar (optional)
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. frozen orange concentrate
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

Cook beets, then set aside and keep hot.
Combine rest of ingredients and cook about 4 minutes, stirring often.
Stir into beets.
