Beef Casserole Chinese Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    2 c. finely sliced celery
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. cream or milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, finely diced
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Fry hamburger until brown.
    Place in a 1-quart casserole dish. Cover with peas, then celery.
    Mix soup, salt, pepper, milk and onion.
    Pour over the meat.
    Sprinkle with potato chips.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
