Pineapple Chicha(Drink) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ripe pineapple
1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
cold water
Preparation

Cut and slice pineapple into chunks.
Blend in blender 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
Strain and place in pitcher.
Add sugar, water and ice.
This is a very popular tropical drink.
