Fantastic Teriyaki Marinade For Grilled Meats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) bottle Kikkoman teriyaki sauce
    1/2 to 3/4 c. packed dark brown sugar
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    2 to 3 cloves fresh garlic, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    water
Preparation
    In a large, shallow plastic or glass container, combine 1/2 bottle of sauce, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Float onion and garlic in mixture; stir.
    Add meat (steak, boneless chicken, chicken wings, pork and/or lamb); up to 3 pounds.
    Add water until mixture covers meat.
    Stir around meat well to blend in water.
    Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight, turning meat in marinade occasionally.
