Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag fresh spinach
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
4 to 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 c. vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
anchovies (optional)
Preparation

Rinse spinach thoroughly and pat dry.
Place in a bowl and refrigerate while preparing eggs and bacon.
Mix chopped eggs, crumbled bacon, oil, salt and pepper and let stand until ready to serve.
Add the mixture to the salad and toss well.
Top with anchovies, if desired.
