Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 lb. chicken parts (legs or breasts)
    1 bunch parsley, cut up
    8 stalks celery (include greens), cut up
    1 lb. carrots, cut up
    1 lb. canned tomatoes, cut up
    5 or 6 small onions, cut up
    5 whole allspice
    1 lb. wide noodles
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Put chicken in large (12-quart) pot.
    Cover with ample water (8-quarts).
    Add salt.
    Bring to boil and turn down to simmer and skim off fat.
    Add parsley, celery, carrots, tomatoes, onions and allspice.
    Once all the vegetables are in, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 3 hours.
