Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. egg noodles
    1 pkg. beef, sliced well (top sirloin works well)
    1/2 c. butter
    sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. green onions
    1 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can condensed beef broth
Preparation
    Brown meat in butter in skillet.
    Take meat out of pan. Combine mushrooms and green onions; saut until tender.
    Add beef broth until boiling.
    Add sour cream.
    Add flour and mix in meat. Stir until sauce thickens.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    In separate pan, boil egg noodles until tender.
    Serve stroganoff over cooked egg noodles.
