Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium cucumbers (do not peel), sliced
3 onions, sliced
3 green peppers, sliced
3 c. sugar
2 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. salt
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
-
Stir sugar, salt and vinegar until dissolved.
Add remaining ingredients.
Let stand in refrigerator for 5 days.
Keeps well.
