Scalloped Corn Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. (one No. 2 can) cream-style corn
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 c. minced onion
3 Tbsp. capped pimento
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
Preparation

Heat corn and milk until boiling.
Remove from heat.
Stir in egg, onion, pimento, salt and pepper.
Mix well, then add 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.
Stir and pour in greased pan.
Melt butter; pour over remaining cracker crumbs and sprinkle over corn mixture. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 20 minutes.
Garnish with pimento strips.
