Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp cheese
    1 lb. cheddar cheese
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 small Price pimento cheese
    1 large onion
    1 c. pecans, finely chopped
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 hot pepper pod, crumbled
    garlic salt to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Grate sharp and
    cheddar cheese and onion.
    Have cream cheese at room temperature.
    Mix all ingredients together until well mixed.
    Shape into balls, sprinkle with paprika.
    Wrap in foil to store.
    Serve with celery or crackers.
