Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raw carrots, grated
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar and oil.
    Combine flour, cinnamon, soda and salt.
    Add to sugar mixture.
    Add vanilla and carrots.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Add frosting.
