Irish Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. seedless raisins
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. milk, scalded and cooled
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg, beaten
1 c. nuts
flour
Preparation
-
Boil milk and cool.
Add beaten egg.
Add flour and knead. Let rise in bowl about 30 minutes.
Punch down and shape into greased pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
