Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
2 c. chopped bananas
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Grease and flour 2 (10-inch) pans or 1 Bundt pan.
In large mixing bowl, sift flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir until mixed.
Hand mix only.
Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven. Cool on rack 25 to 30 minutes.
