Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs, milk and sugar.
    Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
    Add egg mixture and beat until smooth.
    Drop from funnel into deep hot oil or Crisco, swirling into 6-inch circles. Fry until golden brown.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
