Liver Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. calf's liver
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 small can mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Dredge pieces of liver with flour and seasoning.
    Brown gently on both sides in butter.
    Make sauce by blending together the last 3 ingredients.
    Pour over liver and cook 25 minutes on very low heat.
