Mushrooms Alex - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. crumbled Blue or Gorgonzola cheese
    6 strips bacon, cooked
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a large skillet. Saute thinly sliced mushrooms until tender. Add Blue cheese and finely crumbled bacon. Stir until cheese is melted. Serve with toast rounds or crackers of your choice.
