Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 cans chili beans with sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
onion (optional)
green pepper (optional)
1 small pkg. tortillas (flour)
12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Brown ground meat; drain if needed. Add chili beans, water, taco seasoning and chili powder (if desired, add green pepper and onion).
Simmer 15 minutes. Put meat in tortillas and roll them up. Put into a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Add remaining meat and bean mixture on top. Cover with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly, about 45 minutes.
