Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 Tbsp. instant coffee crystals
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs or 4 egg whites
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Preparation

In a large saucepan, melt margarine and the 1/2 cup chocolate pieces over low heat.
stir in coffee crystals; cool 5 minutes. Stir in sugars, eggs and vanilla.
