Spinach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 generous pat butter
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    4 c. spinach (1 pkg.), cooked and drained
    1 lb. sausage
Preparation
    Melt butter in Pyrex baking dish.
    In bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, salt and baking powder.
    Stir in cheese and spinach.
    Brown sausage and break into small pieces.
    Drain excess fat by placing on paper towel.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cool; cut into squares.
    When serving leftovers, it is usually better when heated in microwave or oven. You can freeze small sections.
