Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Add eggs and oil.
Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened; do not beat.
Stir in everything else, except 1 cup of nuts.
Bake in three 9-inch pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes before removing.
Fill and frost.
