Jello Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large diet Jell-O (cherry)
    2 c. boiling water
    1 can lite cherry pie filling
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water.
    Add pie filling and 1/2 cup cold water.
    Pour into long dish or pan (2-quart).
    Add bananas when set; spread with Cool Whip.
