English Muffin Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 green onions
1 tsp. capers
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Spread mayonnaise on English muffins.
Add cheese, then cut up onions. Sprinkle capers on top of each.
Put in microwave oven or broiler until cheese is melted. Cut in quarters.
Serve warm.
