Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake potatoes (60 to 75 minutes).
    Cut a thin wedge from each potato and scoop out inside, leaving a thin shell.
    In large mixer place potato insides and all ingredients. Beat at medium speed until fluffy (2 to 3 minutes).
    Fill shells with potato mixture.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Place on cookie rack. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
