Scrumptious Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    3 medium carrots, shredded
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil zucchini until tender. Saute carrots and onion in butter until limp.
    Mix soup and sour cream. Add vegetables.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Put bread crumbs in 1 tablespoon of butter and heat until coated.
    Sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
