Zesty Golden Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1 medium onion, cut in chunks
    1/2 lb. small mushrooms, halved
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of salt
    2 (17 oz.) cans Del Monte whole kernel golden sweet corn, drained
    1/4 c. chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in 10-inch skillet.
    Blend in mustard.
    Add onion and
    mushrooms.
    Cook,
    stirring
    constantly, over high heat until
    tender-crisp (about 3 minutes).
    Stir in corn and pepper, salt and parsley (if used).
    Heat through.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
