Easy To Make Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 to 16 apples (dark red is best)
    2 c. apple cider or apple juice
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Core apples and slice, leaving skin on.
    Cook overnight in slow cooker with apple cider or apple juice.
    Separate pulp from skin.
    Put pulp back in slow cooker with 2 cups sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon and cook for 1 to 2 hours.
    Cool.
