Swiss Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts, cut in half, skinned and deboned
sliced Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/4 c. cooking white wine
1/4 c. water
1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix or croutons
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Arrange chicken in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Top with cheese.
Mix soup, cooking wine and water until creamy and smooth. Pour evenly over the chicken and cheese.
Sprinkle stuffing on top and drizzle butter over it.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
