Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 Tbsp. rice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 qt. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Wash rice in sieve.
    Put in pan and cook until done (about 15 minutes).
    Stir in milk, cinnamon, vanilla and butter.
    Put in baking dish and bake 2 hours.
    Stir 4 times the first hour.
    Do not stir 2nd hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
