Salmon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely shredded cabbage, lightly packed
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can red salmon with skin removed and drained of all liquid
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (more if cabbage is very dry)
Preparation
    Mix cabbage and salmon broken up into small pieces together. Add mayonnaise.
    Mix well.
    Serve with soda crackers.
    Will serve 2 to 3 people.
    Great for lunch, served with a drink, a meal in itself.
