Chicken A La King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. or more cooked, diced chicken
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1 Tbsp. diced pimento
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Saute celery, pepper and mushrooms in oil for 3 to 4 minutes. Add undiluted condensed soups and bring to a simmer.
    Add chicken and pimento. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over biscuits or toast.
    Serves 4.
