Zucchini-Carrot Bread Or Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. bran
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. carrots, grated and tightly packed
    1 c. zucchini, grated, squeezed and tightly packed
Preparation
    Into large bowl, sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and spices.
    In medium bowl, beat eggs and oil; stir in sugar and vanilla.
    Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients; add zucchini and carrots and stir just until completely blended.
